QUEST Chicago Speakers - When you arrive!
Thank you for your participation in the QUEST Chicago Conference. Following are important details about the conference that you need to know.

On-Site Registration
The QUEST registration desk will be open daily beginning at 7:00 AM in Ravinia Foyer. It will also be open on Tuesday evening until 7:00 PM during the Welcome Reception and Chapter Networking Event. Please stop by the speaker registration desk for your registrant's package and conference badge.
Audio Visual Equipment
Each track session room contains a Lapel Microphone, LCD Projector, 8' Tripod Screen, and Flip Chart with markers. All speakers are responsible for providing their own laptop computers for their conference presentation. QAI does not provide laptops or Internet connectivity for use in showing your presentation.

Track Host
A volunteer track host will be in your breakout room and will assist you in getting set-up for your presentation. The Track Host will introduce you, distribute handouts, and collect the session evaluation forms. The Track Host has a flash drive that contains your PowerPoint presentation as backup if you had previously provided it to QAI.
Handouts
Copies of the presentation slides you submitted to QAI will be available in your breakout room and distributed by the Track Host. If you have changes or additional handouts, please make sufficient copies and bring them with you. We, unfortunately, cannot make copies at the hotel for you. Nearby places for making copies are:

Presentation Introduction
The Track Host will introduce you prior to the start of your presentation and explain if you want to address questions during or after your presentation.
Coaching Sessions
If you have agreed to meet one-on-one with individuals who want to have a discussion with you on the area of your expertise, you will be contacted by cell phone to arrange a time for the coaching session. Birch A is available for you to use for coaching: Wednesday from 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM, and Thursday 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Emergency Contact
Please arrive at the hotel 3 hours prior to your presentation. In case you encounter a problem in arriving at the hotel in time for your presentation, please call the main QAI office Toll Free at 866-724-6013 and the receptionist will notify the QAI staff on-site at the Westin regarding your situation.
Dress Code
The dress attire at QUEST is business casual. Unattended coat check will be provided.
