Directions from I-294:
- From I-294: exit Lake Cook Road west, proceed to Milwaukee Road.
- Turn northwest on Milwaukee Road and proceed a couple blocks to Chevy Chase on
the west (left) side of the street
Directions from the Westin Chicago North Shore:
- Turn right out of the hotel's parking lot onto Milwaukee Avenue
- Proceed a couple blocks to Chevy Chase on the west side of the street
Transportation
If you are attending the QUEST Conference and staying at the Westin Chicago North Shore Hotel, transportation will be provided to the Chevy Chase Country Club on Monday and Tuesday. A QAI shuttle bus will be available at 8:00 AM at the main entrance of the Westin hotel. A QAI shuttle bus will be available at 4:30 PM at the entrance of the Chevy Chase Country Club to return you back to the Westin hotel. If you are not attending the conference, it is your responsibility to find your own transportation to the Manager's Workshop.
Parking
Self-parking at Chevy Chase Country Club is free. There is ample parking space available.
Arrival and Check-In
Please plan to arrive before 8:15 AM. The registration desk will be open and continental breakfast will be available starting at 7:45 AM. Enter the building through the center entrance that faces the parking lot (Devonshire Room).
If you are also attending the QUEST conference, you will receive your complete registration packet when you check-in at Chevy Chase for the Manager's Workshop.

Refreshments and Lunch
A continental breakfast, morning, and afternoon break refreshments. Lunch will also be provided.
Dress Code
The dress attire at the Manager's Workshop is business casual.

All Manager's Workshop participants are invited to dinner at Tuscany Restaurant on Monday evening as a social networking event. A QAI shuttle bus will be available at 5:30 PM at the main entrance of the Westin hotel to take you to Tuscany. The shuttle bus will return you to the hotel after dinner ends at approximately 7:30 PM. Parking at the restaurant is free.
Driving directions from the Westin Chicago North Shore:
- Turn left out of the hotel's parking lot onto Milwaukee Avenue
- Proceed a 1.5 miles southeast to Tuscany Restaurant on the west (right) side of the street
