Paul Herzog

Paul Herzog is the Delivery Manager for the Testing Practice team at SPR Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, systems engineering, and Agile planning as a Scrum Master. His engineering career has taken him through projects in a wide variety of industries, from telecom to dental scanners to slot machines. He is passionate about helping SPR’s clients adopt intelligent methods for Agile testing, automation, and test tool implementation. Paul holds a B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, and lives in Lake Zurich, Illinois, with his wife and three children.

Paul Kimmerly is a Consultant at Double Play Process Diagnostics Inc. Paul has worked 25 years for the different incarnations of the United States Marine Corps Technology Services Organization (USMC TSO). He spent the last 16 years as the SEPG Lead before he retired in July 2011. Paul is a certified CMMI High Maturity Lead Appraiser and Instructor for the CMMI for Development and the CMMI for Acquisition. He works as an independent contractor with the CMMI Institute teaching and observing candidate lead appraisers. He served on the CMMI Institute’s Partner Advisory Board from March 2012 through May 2016.

He is the Director of Client Management for Checkpoint Technologies and helps to meet the needs of customers whether it’s service delivery, software solutions, software training, process assessments, or resource management. He is HP ALM Certified and is also an HP Certified Instructor. Paul currently manages an independent verification and validation performance testing team for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Paul is a Vivit Co-Chapter Leader for the Florida Chapter and the Vivit Performance Engineering Special Interest Group. He is long-time volunteer for the Tampa Bay QAA chapter and is currently serving on the Board of Advisors.

In her current role, she serves as the Manager of Quality Assurance for Individual Investor Segment within Morningstar Technology Group. Prachi manages a cross functional team spread across various geographies which is responsible for managing Morningstar websites around the Globe. She is passionate about Agile and testing measurements, as well as a strong advocate for Test Automation and Continuous Integration.

Raj Subramanian is a former developer for a payroll processing company, who moved to testing to focus on his passion. Raj currently works as a senior automation engineer for a company which provides digital content management services. He actively contributes to the testing community by speaking at conferences, writing articles, blogging, and being directly involved in various testing-related activities. He runs testing workshops to help mobile testers break native applications. Raj has spoken at Mobile Dev+Test, STAR Conferences, and STP. Raj currently resides in Chicago.
